1. General Policy
At CubeVi, we strive to ensure that all recipients of the Cube Box 1 device have a seamless experience. Because Cube Box 1 is currently distributed as part of our free giveaway campaign, there are no standard return or replacement terms for participants in this program.
However, if a Cube Box 1 device is found to be malfunctioning, we offer a one-time replacement policy as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for a Replacement
A replacement device may be issued if the following conditions are met:
• The recipient provides clear proof of the malfunction, such as photos, videos, or other documentation that demonstrates the issue.
• Our team reviews the provided evidence and confirms that the device is defective due to a manufacturing issue.
• The claim is submitted within 30 days of receiving the CubeBox1 device.
3. How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement request, follow these steps:
1. Document the issue: Capture clear photos or videos showing the malfunction.
2. Contact Us: Submit a request through infopf@cubevi.com with:
• Your proof of participation in the giveaway
• A detailed description of the issue
• Attached visual proof (photo/video) of the defect
3. Evaluation Process:
• Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
• If approved, a new Cube Box 1 will be sent directly to you.
• No return of the defective device is required.
4. Exclusions
This replacement policy does not cover the following:
• Devices that are damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors (e.g., water damage, accidental drops).
• Requests without sufficient proof of a manufacturing defect.
• Issues related to normal wear and tear.
• Any claims made after 30 days from the delivery date.
